Name your emotions such as frustration, disappointment, or anger. Then separate them from the actual mistake. Facts first, feelings second.


3. Find the Lesson


Every mistake teaches something. Ask: What can I learn from this?

4. Plan One Action


Instead of trying to fix everything at once pick one adjustment to focus on next time.


5. Release and Reset


Once you have reflected and planned let it go. Carry forward confidence not regret.


6. Recenter Your Focus


Shift your energy to the next opportunity, such as the next practice, next game, or next play.
