There is NO CHANGE within anyone without self-awareness. Self-awareness precedes behavioral change because realistically you cannot change what you’re not aware of.

- 80% of those thoughts are negative/cautious
- 95% of thoughts are reoccurring
For you to CHANGE there must be CHANGE in our awareness, thought pattern, and focus.
